Just one day separates you from the weekend, and if you drop by North 26 tonight you can revel in the fact
that Friday draws near while scoring half off their entire bar menu. Little JohnnyCorn Dogs and
Truffled Mac'n'Cheese Shots for $2.50 may not bring some much-needed sunshine, but they tend to
brighten your post-work night.

SLIDERS
$2 Burgers at Sel de la Terre
Mondays are hard. Sel de la Terre knows this, so they have implemented a slider menu just for you, where $2
can land you juicy New England ground beef patties with Vermont cheddar, aioli and house-smoked bacon.
Should you be in a croquette mood, those are up for grabs for $5 as well. Let the new week begin.

The Boston Underground Film Festival will soon land in Kendall Square. To ready you for the cinematic
treasures to come, there's a preview party going down Tuesday, packed with free beer and burritos for the
first hour, giveaways (DVDs, T-shirts, sex toys...the usual), and some short films and trailers from the
upcoming festival. It's like Sundance, only no Robert Redford.
There is a direct relationship between the number of restaurants you dine at on any given night and your
overall satisfaction. On Tuesday, you'll have 45 to sample from, including South End faves Masa, Toro,
Stella and Mistral. And should VIP status be in the cards (as it normally is), you'll get early entry,
gratis bubbly and access to the after-party at the Beehive.
