Tomorrow, you’ll say yes to corned beef. More specifically, to corned beef in the form of gnocchi, dumplings, burritos and other shapes too wonderful to comprehend. It’s a St. Patrick’s Day miracle.
Offered at Anna’s for a single shamrock-laden day, this is a tortilla stuffed with slow-roasted corned beef, steamed cabbage and carrots. Oh, and beans and rice. Otherwise it wouldn’t meet international burrito regulations.
Nothing to see here. Just three normal, fried dumplings. Keep going.
