You watched Hell’s Kitchen’s seventh season very closely.

And when Boston’s own Jason Santos was robbed of the title, you rioted like an angry Canadian after losing the Cup.

Okay, not really. You just crushed a few juice boxes with your bare hands.

Anyway, good news: starting tonight, Blue Inc., the first restaurant by the Hell’s Kitchen alum, opens to the public in the Financial District for all your pork belly and Hand-Rolled Potato Gnocchi needs.

Let’s break down how to use this place. First, you could head into the 50-seat space, grab a bar stool and down a few bottles of Rock Art American Red Ale from Vermont and Lobster & Summer Truffle Soup (which are just like winter truffles, only with a better tan). Or you could do the same thing with a few friends and up the food ante with some shared plates of Braised Veal Cheeks.

But should the weather be far too splendid to waste, you and your date will claim a table on the 28-seat patio. There, you’ll breathe in the Greenway views over a few liquid-nitrogen-infused cocktails, like the Study Au Broad (gin, frozen vermouth dots, Campari foam) or the Manhattan-y Poof!, made with whiskey, bittered orange oil and liquid nitrogen cherries.

Rain or shine, liquid nitrogen anything is the way to go.
