Drag You to Hell

A Dinner Inside Dante’s Inferno

UD - O.N.C.E. in Hell You don’t like to dwell on it, but you’ve experienced a lot of things from hell.

That waiter in Paris. That flight to New Zealand. Today’s commute.

So if you had to, you could probably spend an evening down there. Especially if there was going to be BBQ...

Presenting O.N.C.E. in Hell, a one-night-only dinner at the Oberon that recreates Dante’s Inferno by way of a 10-course meal and show, now accepting reservations.

You’ll start by finding a dinner date who’s not afraid of a little Lucifer action, coming into Oberon and grabbing a table. One by one, 10 courses of locally sourced dishes will be served to you, and each will be linked to a circle of hell being played out before you. So you might get served a blood-red beet soup as actors tell you about how they died (Violence), or you might have to eat your weight in Texas-style BBQ (Gluttony/no problem).

And naturally, there’ll be a Virgil on hand to emcee the whole thing, and serve as host during an audience-participation, morality-themed game show during your time in Avarice.

Fitting, since Alex Trebek hails from the Fourth Circle.
