You’re not going to New Orleans this weekend.

Which... let’s face it... probably for the best.

Also, it would’ve been a huge waste of your time, because New Orleans is coming to you.

Well, at least their fully dressed fried-shrimp po’boys are.

Roll out the welcome mat for Smiley’s Street Eats, a N’awlins-style food truck with 21 types of po’boys on board, debuting today at the Atlanta Food Truck Park.

This is how your Super Bowl weekend begins. You, at a picnic table, cool (okay, maybe frigid) breeze in your hair, sun at your back, humungous alligator tail po’boy gripped tightly in both hands...

Or maybe it’s not the alligator tail po’boy. Maybe it’s one of the other 20 sandwiches they’ve got on the menu. Like the rosemary beef brisket—jack of all po’boys, good under any lunch conditions. Or that fried-oysters-and-truffle-aioli number—that’s right, this would taste good after a couple of cold ones.

Just go ahead and follow them on Facebook. Then follow them to the park. The truck should be easy enough to spot. It’s the one with the denim paint job, the zipper fly and the pink stitching all over.

Yeah, New Orleans is weird.
