unleash it Friday at T.T. the Bear's Place in Cambridge, where there's going to be a horror hotel-themed
party featuring kinky cabaret set to DJ'ed industrial tunes. Because nothing says cabaret like Nine Inch
Nails.

If horror parties aren't your thing, but horror films are, Sam Raimi's cult classic Army of
Darkness is being screened Friday at midnight at the Coolidge Corner Theatre, only in this screening,
you and your rowdy crowd-mates are encouraged to shout out all the classic lines along with Bruce Campbell
and the other world-class thespians in the movie.

There are plenty of reasons to do a day trip to Maine in the fall, and from where we sit, winning your
lady's weight in beer and cold cash after carrying her on your back like a barbarian across rough terrain is
better than most. And even if you don't win, at least you got out of foliage watching.

Sure, you can catch that new roller derby movie starring Juno. Or you can watch the real thing, live and up
close, when local teams the Cosmonaughties and the Nutcrackers square off for the coveted title of best
female roller derby squad in Boston. Then stick around afterward for a wrap-up party onsite, complete with
liquor and kneepads.
  HEADING DOWNCape Cod Restaurant Week Starts
Cape Cod Restaurant Week kicks off Monday, with a host of restaurants stretching all the way to P-town in on
the game (and by game we mean huge meals at special prices). As this could potentially be your last run to
the Cape for the season, you'll want to get those "leaving work early today" emails prepared now in order to
beat traffic on Rt. 3.
