The PenthouseHotel on Rivington
The Terrace: The LES version of the old guard New York Palace, The Penthouse is three floors of toys (all of the electronics, lighting, and windows are controlled by touch screen) and luxury (a fireplace and a Japanese soaking tub). The third floor terrace holds 60 people and includes two stone outdoor fireplaces, a large Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and views of...everything.
