Right into it today with Sall Restaurant & Lounge: a casual new Hell's Kitchen joint for fried oyster poutine-involving happy hours, casual dates and really any time you need a good burger.

It's open as of this very night.

Right, so, seafood and classic cocktails are what's good here. The chef's got some 15-plus years of NYC restaurant experience under his proverbial belt, and having cooked under Marcus Samuelsson at Aquavit and under Bobby Flay on Iron Chef, we trust he can produce a solid bowl of mac and cheese.

Stop by sometime. Claim a stretch of royal blue tufted banquette. Kick things off with The CEO (Jack Daniels, Sointreau, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters, brandied cherry), maybe a peach margarita for whoever you're with. From there, you'll want to share some lobster-truffle mac and cheese (the likes of which we can't stop talking about), lobster sliders, perhaps a whole grilled snapper flanked by couscous and zucchini ribbon salad. And you'd be wrong to skip dessert here, as the promise of sweet potato doughnuts hangs so palpably in the air.

We'll stop telling you to do things now.

Oh, wait. Check out this slideshow...
